Matsumoto's eki-bento (literally, "station box"), ¥800. Stalls inside train stations sell bento boxes customized with the local cuisine (although pickled vegetables, fish, and a bed of rice almost always figure in somehow). If only airline buy-on-board meals in the USA could be like this!
