I remember what a big deal this was for my friends and I. It was one of the last movies I'd see (maybe the last) at my childhood movie house, before they shuttered it. We were the first three people in line to buy our tickets (which were still old-school roll tickets - like skee ball tickets).
It's crazy to think this was twenty years ago... wow. Thanks for posting.

Roll tickets?! Wow, Jason. That's is crazy.
Yeah, it hit me last month that this was going to be 20 years for this Batman movie. I've always had a soft spot for it since back then, so I had to do a tribute.
Thanks for sharing your memory!

Oh, man, thanks! I had scheduled the post to go this morning but I thought you could still see it if you went directly to the link. Crap. Oh well, the link should be live now. Sorry about that.

20 years, jeez. I remember going to see this on opening day, it was insane. Lost of people in Batman and Joker costumes.

wow, i just recently bought this poster on ebay, the teaser one with just the date and no words. the symbol says it all, no need for a title. i am 23 and this was one of the if not THE quintessential films of my childhood. i must have watched it like 10000000000 times! great movie, great action, great music, great everything! it was just one of those movies where i was the perfect age. ok so i was only 2 when it came out but its one of the movies i watched on videotape a zillion times!
