Very nice. New camera?

Thanks! I didn't get a chance to post the above before you asked your question. I've just been borrowing the camera for a couple weeks. It's a fun little camera.

Nice. I was skating there on that Sunday. Not sure when you took this though. It was a fun ramp!

@ matt house - That's really cool. This was taken around noon and it was basically just this kid and a couple other little guys skating, but I went by later (around 2) and there were some older guys skating, so maybe I saw you there.

I didn't get there until around 3ish. It was so hot out in the sun that I found it hard to get motivated to leave my house. I'm glad I eventually went though.

Yeah, the heat was pretty bad for sure. It was smarter to come later. I put on a lot of sunblock, but I still got a little more than I would have liked.

i built one of these in my backyard in 1976 out of stolen wood. didn't know how to build it until it was time. we were the only half pipe east of the mississippi river. no flat parts. 16 feet vert to vert. now these "badass" skaters just show up. don't know what it took to build it to skate it.
