Assignment 52 ~ Week 9
Second attempt

Water & oil on a glass plate, suspended over a CD, halogen light from the side. If you look closely you can see the CD reflection in a couple of the smaller bubbles. I love the colors here but personally like the natural light version shown below better.

I did a slight sharpen on this one. No color, contrast or brightness adjustments made. No gradient applied in Photoshop. This is simply the rainbow effect from the CD.

Macro setting, handheld, manual focus, shot from above the plate straight down.

Wishing for a close-up lense now :( Did my best with the macro setting, good, but not the same as a true close-up.

First attempt. Ever.

Water & oil on a glass plate, sunny window, suspended over a piece of blue plaid paper. If you look closely you can see the pattern from the paper in a couple of the bubbles. The sun is gone now for a couple days so I'll have to fine-tune this with artificial light. We'll see how that goes.

First silhouette opportunity I had for the weekly' assignment, no camera nearby just my phone.
Can never hold the damn thing still :P
