A rare shot of Team Pasant. From left to right Aubrey the Mom, "Sweet" Allison, and Matt as the Dad. We took Allison to a Sunday brunch last week to see Santa. She cried this year when put on Santa's lap. I suppose that is a rite of passage.

You have to love the age in which you can wear a bright red dress with a big letter A and bright green bows on it and absolutely sell it.

Osborne Lights

Sorry for the lack of updates and comments this past week. I have been busy with year end activities at work and duties on the home front. Tis the season...right?

I have enjoyed revisiting my Osborne Lights shots from December of 2008. The response has been fantastic from the Flickr community as well. So I decided to share another shot from my stroll down the Streets of America.

So a guy walks into the Temple of Heaven with a fisheye

This shot has been a "white whale" on the disney list of shots to get for quite sometime. I had tried this shot before multiple times with multiple bodies and lenses. I had gotten close to achieving this shot by setting the camera on the ground with my 5D and 16-35 but it was not until I borrowed JeffB's fisheye and laid on my back and looked up that I was finally able to fully capture the structure. Somewhere someone has a shot of me getting that shot.

Super busy lately. Sorry for the sporadic updates and comments. Tis the season.

It is now about the time of year I really miss Disneyland. We're thinking of a Christmas 2010 trip.
