Picking wildflowers

Sophia stopping to smell her freshly picked Bachelor Buttons. These grow wild (along with cosmos, black eyed susans, poppies, sunflowers, reds, and blue bonnets) all over the Woodlands where we live in Texas. This captures Sophia's sweet spirit and she is a joy. -Jonathan

Oh, what a beautiful image. I forgot these grew in Texas! When I was little I lived near the Woodlands, and absentmindedly picked these all the time. I never knew what they were called. You just brought back a flood of memories! So nice that you captured that split second to always remember.
