Artist Trading Card

Artist Trading Card by PaperBouquet (Lost In Space).
I used the Adirondack alcohol-based inks for the background on this, then stamped and embossed. Crackle paint and Stewart Gill for the upper right and lower left corners. Shredded beverage napkins for the lower right and upper left. 3 hours all total. : P

It's not JUST a card, Hannah! It's ART! And a portion of that was dry-time...

Thanks Mel! I kind of scrunched the napkins a bit, as you can see... sometimes a layer of gel-medium (matte or gloss depending on what you're going for) is a nice touch, as well. I just dotted it with pearl fabric paint, however. : )

Thank you, Donna! Feedback from artists who's work you admire is always appreciated. : )
I used Adirondacks for this one, as I mentioned... I LOVED the effect of rubberstamping over it!

And Josh... Thank you, too. I'm glad to know my work is ALMOST as good as a Pokemon card. You're such a nut. :D

Lol, Cheesy Steve puts his grimy mitts anywhere near my artwork, and he is SO dead. Don't know why, but I'm mighty particular about things like that... ; )
Thank you much! : )

Hannah... you forgot the XD... WHY do you keep forgetting the XD?? O.o
