...at least I think they're friendly. They appeared in our neighbour's garden recently and seem to be made of stone, in the daylight hours at least...

With the handlebars and saddle up and the folding pedal down, the front half of the bike can be unfolded and secured. This is the parking position - the rear wheel acts as a stand.
