I agree. I thought it was weird because it's
on a quiet street, across from some new
houses that sit right on the river. (I mapped
it.)

Funny, I didn't realize it was there. That
lot was empty and full of weed when we were
kids. Then they fenced it off and used it
for storage. Across the street used to be a
boat yard and repair. A few years back some
developer bought it and turned it into very
narrow million dollar homes squeezed
together.
