these boxes ruin the picture

Early Saturday morning while sitting on the cozy armchairs and having Starbucks coffee, we saw him outside in the street of Gastown...holding this massage and looking straight into my lens. We gave him money as we got out.

Seven months after... Just noticed there's another interesting picture took place at this same Starbuck and this same person. A wonderful B&W image - love that: www.flickr.com/photos/cucarachadesol/1765357698/?editedco...

maybe one very minor idea: did you try placing him a little off-center?!
I could imagine having more of the Bokeh on the right and less of the black on the left may look nice, too.
