...yet again. Anytime we visit Vedanthangal it is not only the birds that we look forward to but these playful monkeys too. I realised I have quite a few pictures of them. Here is one more.

But today we went with Uma's mother and Uma didn't get to play with them like other times.

Didn't have much time to experiment with various settings. The best I could manage was this. The moon does not really become fully dark as the shadow covers it.

I am not sure whether Flickr is showing the colours properly. It is not doing it a least on my monitor. In the original, I had a dull orange gradient in the shadow region.

It is the longest I have been out of Flickr.

I have still not been able to overcome what could be a photographer's block. Not that I have tried hard.

I went to a new park in the City (Semmmozhi Poonga) recently but came back with very little though there was no dearth of subjects.

Food is great in Malaysia - there is variety; it is available everywhere; it is reasonably priced. While I know that Malaysian cuisine is a fusion of many I didn't know much about it. After the trip I just could figure out some common words which see often in the menu cards.
