Lunch Box Quest - Monterey Palace

We got to Monterey Park way before we were supposed to meet friends for lunch. While driving down Garvey to kill time, Christian noticed a sign for Pork BBQ. We circled back to get a little appetizer.

The restaurant portion had not opened yet, but the take away section was very busy. The man in front of us picked up a whole roasted pig. Since it was early, they didn't have rice yet. So, we ordered a 1/4 of bbq pork.

AMAZING! Christian has graded this to be the best so far.

Excellent quality meat, very juicy with nice crisp corners. YUM!
