Bacon and leeks

Breakfast casserole with cornbread, bacon, leeks, and parmesan

While it looks pretty, and tasted pretty, it just wasn't what we wanted. We were both thinking it would be mostly egg....we stupidly forgot that the cornbread would soak up the egg and make it mostly bread. Oh well.
