TofuSkin.豆腐皮猪肉卷
It was a snowy Sunday. So we ate hot pot at home. It's a side dish I made, a traditional JiangZhe dish.
Recipe is simple:
+ ingredients:
. minced pork, mixed with egg, flavored by salt, ginger, green onion
. tofu skin
. sauce: one spoon of soy, half spoon of sugar, salt, cooking wine
+ method:
. cut tofu skin as 15*15cm size, wrap minced pork
. a little oil in shallow fry pan, put packed tofu pork roll into it till both sides are crispy and color turns yellow
. put sauce into pan and steamer ingredients for about 3-4 minutes.
. add sesames as garnish in the end.
