Portrait - 1972
She was the girlfriend of a friend, and I made some informal portraits one day when they were visiting me. Then I forgot to really look at the negatives until this year... 46 years later!
My only defence is that I was obsessed with getting out of Ontario that summer and relocating to the West Coast - which I did - and at that point my life changed drastically. I also put away most of the work I'd been doing, as the mountains and coast and my new life were vivid and all-encompassing. Negatives and slides went into a box to deal with later. I guess that means now.
