Wow, nice lighting and reflections! I climbed up the steps of that tower when I lived in Belgium. At the top there were arrows etched into the stone indicating the directions of major cities, but it was a long time ago so maybe I'm wrong? They also had a 'marché aux puces' market nearby with dentelles weavers in historical costumes, the town is like a giant museum.
