Cat Egg Bento by I Love Egg.
I've had quite a number of people telling me they hated sea food, and I was asked to make a non- fishy bento.

The only exception here were the rice balls/ onigiri, but we can always pretend they're unfilled ;)

I'm really happy about the egg-cat :D I had meant to make an egg looking like >_ <" shapes too large. So I stuck them as ears and quickly got carried away :D

I'm not too happy about the carrots in the bento; they just don't look right to me. Any suggestions on how to fill that gap? :)

Hm..the carrots look fine to me. If you're looking to replace them all together I'd say go with some broccoli trees or a bit of fruit for balance.

Sprouts are great fillers as well. I really like radish sprouts as they have larger leaves and lots of flavor.

Beautiful bento! I really love the baby carrots on picks!

great job! That cat is amazing!!!!!! You maximize the space in your bento so well, something that is very hard for me to do!

Clamoring: Oops, missed this comment: Here's my belated response (>_<) Can you eat radish sprouts raw? I rarely eat it, mostly because I don't see it in the shops and don't know how it's supposed to be prepared! :S

bunbunlife: It's hard for me as well, it's only because I had extra time to plan it all out a little better than usual that it worked out this way.

Thanks for all the comments :)
