C/2012 F6 & NGC 7789 rendezvous
local 2013/07/01 predawn, during my visual comet hunting session
Mamiya 200mm f2.8 lens stop down to f5.8, mod 500D, mounted by Astrotrac, iso 400 90-sec * 99 frames, iso 3200 90-sec * 40 frames
fully calibrated and images stacked in average method in IRIS, further processed in Fitswork and Photoshop CS3 Ext
The comet is actually trailed due to its own motion with respect to the field stars. Yet a bright 8.9 star is very close to the comet so disguised as the comet pseudonucleus.
Transparency great due to a Typhoon nearby; waning half moon.
