overdueindustries says: Actual wood panels and shelves adorned
with knick knacks that aren't for sale
really give a rustic feel to this booth.
Even better, when you read her blog
(http://enhabiten.blogspot.com) you can
really see the things that inspire her
sense of style. That inspiration has a
clear voice in her beautiful booth
display.
overdueindustries says: Another great example of someone's
personal style really being
well-translated into her 10x10 booth.
If you peep her photostream + type in 'booth' you'll see that she is able to incorporate the same aesthetic into a smaller booth size, too, which is great for holiday show time.

overdueindustries says: I love how something so simple as plain
white paper cleanses your palate from
the jumble and hubbub that can go on
around you at a craft show.
It shows that you can pull off a minimalistic look with great success if you are thinking outside of the box.

overdueindustries says: This fellow was right across the way
from us at Renegade in Chicago last
year.
The booth was almost more of an art installation, because the only thing he was selling were these tiny laser cut letters, which are a limited edition.
Click the photo to see more of the booth. It's cool!

overdueindustries says: Using cues from nature in unexpected
ways can draw people in. I know that
when I see this, I instantly want to
touch everything. I want to see if that
grass is as soft as it looks, for one
thing! And if that's what gets people
looking, then mission accomplished.
I love the simple color palettes used here and the kind of repetition - with the little trees all at different heights, and the grass peeking out from various spots.
I think this is pretty spectacular.

overdueindustries says: These two always have the best craft
show displays. In fact, they hardly
even look like craft show displays at
all. They look like the wind took the
walls down of a quaint little shop.
I am pretty sure they never do the same display for more than a season of shows. This works with their product line-up, which is also ever-changing, but always something special.

overdueindustries says: Reba from Rar Rar Press makes great use
of her table by building vertically.
With her postcards, she needs to show
each design that's available in a
creative way, which this set-up does
perfectly.
Building vertically also gives strollers-by something at eye-level to ogle, which is always a good thing!

overdueindustries says: Claire McDermott makes jewelry out of
old skateboards. If you notice, her
displays are (in part) constructed from
old skateboards, too. Not only is it
smart, but it is colorful, too.
overdueindustries says: The green grass that was naturally in
the booth space really compliments the
fairy-tale look of this booth.
I love that the colors they've chosen for table covers and drapery are all in their banner and their pennants.
The round tables are a nice touch to give the booth a more boutique-y feel.

overdueindustries says: Here's a good example of choosing a
couple of colors for your booth design.
If you have colorful display PIECES you
don't need a busy or patterned table
cover.
I like the use of the cupcake stands and plates here - a lot of the items are food related, so it makes sense to display them like they're real food.

overdueindustries says: I love the eye-candy in this booth. I
know that a lot of the super cute stuff
isn't even for sale, but this would
definitely make me stop to see what is.
overdueindustries says: I guess I'm a sucker for using found
objects as part of your displays, even
though we don't typically do this for
our own.
I think this concept works exceptionally well when your items are small and don't take up much space on their own, but you want to fill a 10x10 booth in a pleasing way.
Again, note the use of vertical space.

The boxes up top really highlight the individual pieces nicely. I also dig the richness of the table cover, as it really works well with the jewel tones in the pottery.

What a great collection of booth displays! I'd seen a few of these before on various Flickr groups, but there are some really great ideas here! (I especially love the grass filled tiny suitcases - so cute!)
