Nobu Next Door NYC: Tara Saikyou Yaki - Broiled Miso Black Cod

My father took me out to the Drew Nieropont/Robert DeNiro establishment Nobu in TriBeCa in downtown NYC. Well technically speaking, the second store next door to Nobu, "Nobu Next Door" which caters to walk-in customers.

I order this miso-marinated black cod as my entree and I must say, Nobu's reputation is well-deserved. Man this was GOOD. I mean REALLY well-prepared. The fish was fresh and broiled to perfection. The miso marination and sauce was also right on the mark. Bravo!
