geco flessibile

geco flessibile by orsobrusco.

this is my latest model, the newest result on my studies about knotology in origami.
This gecko is completely flexible and "really3d", made with a paper strip of 16,5ft x 0.19685inches

It's nice to hear you like my works ,too! I know some origami like the basic bird, bird that opens its beak when you move the wings and the bird that flaps its wings when you pull the tail. Children are easy to please.....they give me a certain high when I see them smile or sigh with amazement! More power!

Are you sure those are the measurements of the paper? 16 and a half feet by .2 inches? That doesn't seem right.

Did you finish your diagram? If so, where is it? I am very interested in this new kind of origami now.

Thank you,
-- Killian

That's an immensely complex model. I doubt he will do diagrams or even a crease pattern.

This is an amazing model!

For those of you who are curious, this is not traditional origami. It is woven from thin paper strips.
