Datar - I looked around and there didn't seem to be a pool dedicated to this specific protest. So I have created one - please visit it at:

[peace for peace's sake, nor for polital sake is what i say; the trouble i have with these kind of marches is when you see cnd banners and anti trident banners alongside banners protecting rogue nucleur states like iran. lets have peace everywhere, lets get rid of nucleur weapons everyhwere...lets not turn a blind eye to the likes of iran and north korea simply because it doesn't fit a perceived polictical agenda. this is just orchestrated political spin for a dumbed down society i'm afraid]

I didn't see any banners defending Iran, just a lot saying not to invade it. Starting a war is still starting a war.

thealmihgtyprophetgitboy I neither saw any banners defending Iran. "Don't attack Iran" banners do not mean defend Iran indeed. [windscreenfly.com I think we are in the same side there, but I don't think "Don't attack Iran" means defend Iran. I did not see any banners defending Iran, and I was there for at least 4 hours. Only later I read in the Londonist website that were very few who had the placards you mention. solarider Many thanks for creating a special pool for the demo pictures. I did post few pictures there. I will post them all later . SandraL Yes I did read about that demonstration in Italy. It nearly brought down (the vote in the senate) the goverment there, didn't? I think it is more correct to say though that it was against expansion of the base there, rather than a anti-US demo. Many thanks for your visit and comment. nikoskrikelis O makro-fakos tou Sonyalpha leei evharistw poli : ) praxis9 No demos down there? That's no good. In February 2003 there was a little demo even in my little town in Greece :) hedgiecc Thanks dartar Your pictures are good, and so many! We do have a pool now though, thanks to Solaridad fiction dreamer Many thanks once again.
