It is a very long slogan indeed mlazopoulou. There are some spare spaces there, not used, but largely the whole banner is covered,and nothing wasted there!Economy in space. These people are serious, and they do what they preach actually. Many thanks for the effort, I think that's the correct slogan. Now, I think we will a scientist expert, to analyse this for us :). Roughly I think it means that every nation should take responsibility for its own pollution.

Edit:. LOL. I meant this one of course, but you can have a go if you wisg to on that one as well :)

Oh, I missed that. I was probably flickring here at that time:( It is good to see BBC paying attention to Climate Change, at long last, considering how many of its programms (specially BBC2) it is about wild life, nature, gardening, and travel programmes in far away places.
