Ray Kurzweil Prepares to Address Us Using the Internet OR What If They Gave a Singularity and Nobody Came?

Ray Kurzweil spoke "at" PSU today, via web conference. I snapped a picture of him setting up, because I thought the whole thing looked like Ridley Scott's 1984-themed Apple advertisement.
