And that's the end of NaNoWriMo 2005: 50,000 words written in 27 days. It was a blast, but I'm glad to be back. :-)

Congratulations. A few years ago when I heard about nanowrimo I emailed my friend this: www.whiteboard.net/~luke/50000_words.txt to be a smartass :) He didn't think it was as funny as I did.

So are you going to publish the work?

You know, there are some cheaters who do exactly that and feed it through the validation system. But since the only reward is self-satisfaction, I don't understand what they get out of it.

I might try to get it published; we'll see what I think of it after numerous rewrites. But before I do that, I want to expand, polish, and submit my NaNo novel from 2003.
