Path to Fox Meadow

My first experiment with HDR. Taken handheld with PowerShot G10, post-processing in Photomatix Pro and Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.

You can see a bit of ghosting of the foliage -- part of the reason was the fact that I took it handheld real quick while walking my daughter. Second, it was windy.

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

Hmmm ... interesting: I've got a G10 also, and never thought of using it for an HDR shot.

I went from a film SLR, to digital Rebel (the original one), then when my daughter was born I switched from SLR to a high-end point and shoot (Panny FZ50), and now I have my G10 and I absolutely love it.

I like my G10 very much, too, as a backup to my Nikon D300. But I can't figure out how to shoot RAW images, which the previous G9 did very easily...

In manual modes (P, A, T, M, C1,C2) you can press Func/Set button and in the bottom-left corner there will be an icon for image size. Click on it and set it to RAW.
