This is the the 1960 edition of the K.C. Card Company catalog (referred to, in the business, as the "Blue Book")...They dealt in crooked gambling supplies (marked cards, gaffed dice, etc.) by mail order...This was their last publicly distributed catalog....It runs 77 pages.
The company was in operation from 1918 to around 1962 and were based in Chicago, Illinois.
