Removing a sheep from a bog, 2002

Removing a sheep from a bog, 2002 by Museum of Australian Democracy at OPH.
Darren CLARK, born 1967.

Rescuing sheep from drying dams is a daily activity for these farmers. Stuck in the mud, sheep are vulnerable to attack by predators. Crows have already started to eat this sheep alive.

Engonia, New South Wales.
