I captured this "video" of the lunar eclipse early this morning from my backyard observatory in Oklahoma. I took an image every 40 seconds with my Canon 1000D DSLR attached to a 91-mm, f10 refractor and assembled the video from 198 jpegs using Windows Movie Maker. The video is displayed at 8 frames per second. I fought clouds and they finally shut me down at mid-totality at 2:16AM, so I apologize for the jumpiness of the video as I had to interrupt the photo stream to change camera ISO and exposure time.
