Met this fellow in the upper garden last week; found his remains on the side of the road last night, killed by a careless driver.

low bridge
Looking upstream toward the headwaters of the Buffalo River from the bridge on Railroadbed Road. The older, low concrete bridge in the distance used to be the only way across and would often flood and be impassable under high water.

Churches in this neck of the woods tend to be small and numerous. For some reason, this one has been abandoned. Shot on the back road to Hohenwald.
