Tiger vs Leopard - Windows

Tiger vs Leopard - Windows by Ocell.
The new Leopard GUI versus the old Tiger GUI in regards to titlebars. (Tiger on the top, Leopard on the bottom) I felt like the corners Leopard had a smaller radius on them than Tiger did, so I checked, and they do.

Small detail, doesn't really matter. I feel like a pretty big geek for noticing without seeing them side-by-side.

Well I do think that it does have an objectively more "hard" appearance. It doesn't seem odd to me that you'd notice because I'm pretty sure I would have... but maybe that just makes me a pretty big geek, too.

Thanks for the support Emily. I agree with the "hard" comment.

Rather harsh aarthyr, but I adore you too, anyway. :-P

I'm not sure I can handle the folders though. I think they seriously took a step backwards on that front, methinks.

But I'll deal :-)

I'm not a huge fan of the newer look, either.

I don't have Leopard (yet... only a matter of time), but I noticed the look on the latest release of iTunes for Windows.

Just seem to shout: "I'm plain!!"

Oh well... there's enough really cool stuff in Leopard to give it a pass, and hey, they've gotta change things just to keep moving. Too bad they hit perfection already :)

Oh, and though I haven't played with it yet, I was praising the gods when I read this:

Path Bar

See the path of a file when you view it in the Finder. Just choose Show Path Bar from the View menu and the path is visible at the bottom of the Finder window. You can also drag files to any location in the Path Bar.

One of my biggest complaints coming over from Windows.
