3/11/07 : i think anyone who has seen my stream before will know that i have a sweet tooth. what you may not know, though, is that i would actually pick bread over cake any day. i absolutely love bread. i eat far too much of it really i am sure. i love baking it too. the feel of kneading, the smell as it rises. wonderful. the only reason i don't bake bread more often is that i would eat whole loaves and put on ludicrous amounts of weight. with cakes and cookies, i am more restrained and more willing to share. there are another 18 of these little strawberry frosted cup cakes in my kitchen if anybody is interested? they're no way near as good as the lemon version, and they're no bread, but they'll do.
