4/10/07 : so what if i bought 4 great big cookies this evening even though i live alone? i can eat 4 cookies in one night. sure i can. and i will. i'm not addicted to chocolate though. i can give it up any time i want. but i don't want to. i don't need to. i'm not addicted. alright?!?!?!

Love the perspective. This reminds me I have some cookies in my car the neighbors gave me!
I've been known to make entire batches of truffle brownies and add even more chocolate to them than is already in the mix.

The cookie package said there was a serving size. Hah! A serving of chocolate cookies is however many there are!
But really, it is healthy. Chocolate contains flavenols. Dove Cocoavia brand has enhanced flavenol content, 100mg per 80 calorie bar.
So if you eat chocolate, eat dark chocolate, and skip the cookies, just eat the straight chocolate.
