Ines' signs

Ines was having a LCD (Soundsystem) flashback, mornings on the beach before her bike when she'd clamp her ipod tight to her ears and march through confusion. She was so confused over what she was doing with her life. It was in the early days of writing again, when she was still working in licensing and pimping, and grappling with feelings of insecurity.

It was around this time that she decided to leave music.
It was around this time that she fell back in love with it.
It was around this time that she heard, "Someone Great." After a decade of sleep deprivation and overall vinyl junkiness, finally it seemed a song came along that seemed to sum up her relief that she had made it out alive with only a few visible scars.

Besides music, watching the planes take off was her meditation. As she submitted to the beat, she knew that as long as the planes kept taking off, soon she'd be in one of them and if she kept looking up, perhaps she'd be inspired to get there quicker.

In the meantime, she pressed REPEAT and picked up her pace.
