The Product
This year we had about 250 pounds of apples. They came from backyards, Hood River, and even Safeway.

The Equipment
We used two different presses this year. The red shiny one was great, with good production. The old wooden one should probably be retired.

The Crew
Here are some of the 60 that showed up this year to hang out and press apples. They were able to go through all 250 pounds in a 1-1/2 hour.
