Cat on a Leash

For the past two months I have seen three cats on leashes. I don't fucking get it. All three times the cats have had crazy fucking owners and this time was no exception.

Cats do not belong on leashes people! They belong in the house/apartment or in the 'burbs where they can go in and out of the house freely. Grrr.
