Phase 1
Design/Build
Counseling unit partitions constructed by AFHny Design team to provide the Social Work team with privacy. Materials: reclaimed wood doors, clad in copper flashing, blackboard + magnetic paint, and cork.

Phase 2
Medical Area Renovation
Care for the Homeless (CFH), a non-profit which provides medical services to at-risk populations, received a small federal grant to renovate a 500 square foot medical facility within the basement of the Broadway Presbyterian Church in Morningside Heights, Manhattan. The space is shared by multiple homeless outreach services which are provided by the church and operated by a non-profit called Broadway Community Incorporated (BCI).
