D&H 7307 Saratoga Springs 2-12-1991  Two of the last three D&H lightning stripe GP38-2s (rebuilt by M-K at Mountain Top, PA) idle outside of the Saratoga Springs, NY, engine house on February 12, 1991. As you have see earlier in my photostream, these units and a CP RS-18 powered that day's SC-3.
