      Terrible!
      We can't even promote our favorite artists by posting obviously poor quality videos of concerts that real fans still enjoy.
      Those fans would still buy good concert DVDs.
      But it leaves a bad taste in our mouths.

      You and I can do the math: free content + word of mouth = buzz, buzz = sales. To whit: Monty Python made an official YouTube channel and their DVDs shot to the top of Amazon sales lists.

      Why can't Warner Bros. and their ilk figure this out? Shooting themselves and their artists in the collective foot. If this were me, I would calling my contact at WB and screaming bloody blue murder.
