Yep! I made these with olive oil, sea salt, cumin, a teensy bit of paprika and this italian seasoning blend I have. Turned out YUMMERS.

So are they still a little mushy? Because clearly I can't go to my cabinet, put some on a tray and just roast some myself.

Seriously, I think my body is at least 5% cumin. It is my most favoritest spice. Aside from sea salt. Which isn't a spice. But still amazing.

Damn...Cathi loses points in my book for the 5% cumin thing. I hate cumin. Ha.

So I think I need to roast some chickpeas now. Had never thought of doing that.

They're pretty crunchy...like wasabi peas. Some are a little soft, but I think if you change up your roasting time, you could probably control the crunch level if you wanted them more mushy.

Cumin is SO GOOD. I didn't like it when I was a kid because I thought it smelled so gross. I used to call it the B.O. spice. I love it now. Mmmm. B.O. spice.

HA! I can totally picture the face you're making right now. I sicked you out, didn't I?!
