last night, we let mae stay up a little later - mostly to watch alison make macarons... photos to follow :-)

we FINALLY got some snow today --- mae and i went for a nice sled ride - but she had to do a little dance first...

yeah -- we're happy we finally got some snow...

just a little more would be soooo nice...

yeah - i'm loving this camera. the guy on the right so wanted to say something to me -- but i was looking straight ahead at that nice graffiti bird -- what could he say? :-)

actually - when i think people are going to give me a hard time, they generally are more curious as to what camera i'm using and if i can still get film for it... (my rolleiflex draws the most curiosity)

i picked up a set of filters for the widelux - the set includes several filters, but the yellow and ND filters are the most useful for my purposes. i'll be able to shoot faster film in bright daylight. i also picked up a simple handle i can screw into the tripod socket (thanks monz!) - that way i can keep my fat fingers out of the frame.

in other news - did you see the recent increase in film prices? yikes...
