plump apple pie

A squat apple pie made in an extra large muffin tin. It didn't quite work, the bottoms leaked. I used the little pies in the foreground of this picture by Roboppy for inspiration.

I am totally inspired by your blog and your love of cooking. As a non-cook (LOL) I am hoping that by reading more food blogs I will feel like TRYING to cook more often. Your little apple pie looks wonderful and leaky bottom or not I bet it was delish!
