    The second thing I've made in my red pot. I made the green curry recipe from Posie Gets Cozy, I used shredded chicken instead of shrimp, and included finely julienned fresh ginger at the same time as the garlic.

      Yum! This looks lovely. I'm going to try making my own coconut milk soon (I bought shredded coconut last weekend) and then do more Thai curries.
