Hugo "Hunk" Hippo

Hugo is based on the true story of Owen & Mzee. It's about a little baby hippo, Owen, who was swept away from his mama in the tsunami & has adopted the 130 year old tortoise Mzee as his new mom. You can read all about them at www.owenandmzee.com.

I love it and I can't wait to read the story. Isn't it amazing in life how animals take care of each other. We had a St. Bernard that adopted a baby kitten that lost its mother. What a sight this huge dog and tiny kitten would sleep right ontop of her:)
