I fully understand why professional food photographers work with cold food for a lot of their work, but despite the steam filter it smelt and tasted good, and that of course was the ultimate objective!

Marching On

The new pile wall in the inner basin marches on towards completion. The scheduled completion date of the new pier, the end of june, draws ever closer.
