Farewell to the Cherry Blossoms

Farewell to the Cherry Blossoms by Noël Zia Lee.
They are gone for the year, but they were awesome this year. This is my first year to view them through the lens of a camera, and it gave me a whole new perspective. Are you seeing things in a whole new way, too?

I do. For the same reason of yours. I discovered myself into taking nature photos. This one could obtain the same effect, cause it's really wonderful! I love the focused background, the DOF control... Lovely!

Gorgeous shot of these cherry blossoms. You photographed a nice big branch full and really filled the frame perfect. Great color, sharpness and DoF. Yes, being a photographer makes you SEE everything differently. Bravo on this one !!

You said it! It is really quite amazing how a camera changes the way you see the world. I'm loving it. These blossoms are great!

Hi Noel, congratulations for your shot here, beautiful DOF which gives a dreamy mood to the blossoms.
I'm pretty new on Flickr; and I often read that camera makes you see things in a different way. Well...technically it may be true, but I think that an "open" soul does it more; anyway...this item requires more time and a better English than mine!

Absolutely seeing things in a new way... that's why I used your photo to signify the last post I wrote on my old website, and announce the transition to the new...

Beautiful image, thank you for sharing.
