SmugMug Gallery Fiasco

Ordered a gallery wrap as a gift for a client/friend's 40th bday. Took shots of his kids when he was out of town.

I decided to give SmugMug a shot instead of MPIX for the gallery wrap because I am a loyal SmugMug user. Big Mistake!

SmugMug is great and they are going to refund the money. But now I do not have a gift I can give this client Saturday night. Looks like his gift will be a little late :(

Don Macaskill and his team have been GREAT! I was just shocked that the good SmugMug name was on the outside of the package. They do not oversee the production of the canvases. I am hoping that this incident will help them offer quality canvases as I love them and my client LOVE them!

cyberdex...the SmugMug/EZ Prints improvements are GREAT! I need to post more detailed pictures but I am very happy and my only suggestion to the folks at EZ Prints was to just cover up the back....not a deal breaker as everything looks flush and nice. I was told that they are working on a solution to cover the backs of the wraps. I can assure you the reprint I got looks nothing like the first one I recieved. The new ones are STUNNING!!!
