Most of this set was shot with a digital rangefinder without flash. I did bring a flash, but I used it mostly with a film camera. I did use the flash a little bit before half time, but realized I barely knew what I was doing with it. I just wish I opened up the lens a little bit more than I did for many of these shots.

The results from the film turned out to be an experiment in high contrast. Most of these are only slightly tweaked or cropped from the scanned files I got back from Bay Photo, Santa Cruz, CA.
