The shorter partially-frozen falls downstream. It's a strange time to photograph waterfalls... if they are completely frozen, they are uninteresting. If they are partially frozen, the smooth water caused by the long exposure kind of blends in with the icy parts. Enfuse saved this shot from being unusable.
