While driving around a week or two ago, I noticed this large, condemned apartment complex here in the DFW area. I returned here with Phil a few nights later to explore and shoot the place.
Phil had some really unfortunate luck that night; he had checked his camera before he left the house that evening, but when we setup to take the first shots of the night, his camera was dead as a doornail. He raced off to Wal-Mart to buy another battery, and while he was away, I took the only two exposures I made the entire night. While it was a VERY interesting place to explore, I just didn't find it very inspiring photographically.
Unfortunately, the battery didn't fix Phil's camera that night, but when we chatted the next day, he said his camera was fine again! Very strange...
